After read some of the review I was a little skeptical about ordering this unit. When it arrived and I opened the carton to see what I had recieved I was presently suprised. I gave the unit a through inspection and found only 1 tiny chip knocked off and that in a place that would be very hard to spot. However even though I purchased the upgrade Hydra humidifed I am still having a problem with maintaining a 70% humidity. This is because they could have done a much better job of fit and sealing around the door and drawer. But for the price it is something I can live with or improve on if need be. My other option would have been the $499.00-$599.00 unit with the sure seal technology but that would have left a lot less money for cigars.

Service & Delivery comments:

I was suprised with the quick delivery and what good condition my unit arrived in. Every thing was very well packed and other then one very tiny chip it was in perfect condition. The chip missing was on the finish and in a spot that is not easily noticeable and a colored pencil will hide it even more.
